ND GAL Portal is the text-message program of the North Dakota Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) web portal, operated by Youthworks. It sends one-time verification codes when you sign in to the portal and password-reset links when you ask for one. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Your cell phone number is added to your portal account by a GAL program administrator at your request. A text is sent only when you choose your phone number on the portal's sign-in or password-recovery screen and ask for a code or link. Choosing text-message delivery is your consent to receive that message.
Message frequency varies: one message each time you ask for a code or reset link. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time (CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work). You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent to your phone:
ND GAL Portal: You are unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
After opting out you can still receive codes and reset links by e-mail. To receive texts again, reply START (or YES or UNSTOP) to (701) 658-2608:
